Requests
Sterlingwick responds to lawful requests from law enforcement and government authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Requests may be sent to legal@sterlingwick.com and should identify the authority, legal basis and information sought.
Review
Where discretion exists, requests are reviewed for necessity and proportionality. Affected individuals are notified where permitted by law.
